With a degree in Computer Engineering, which strengthened his analytical and technical skills, he is currently studying Psychology to deepen his understanding of human behavior and decision-making. Matheus believes that these two worlds complement each other and help him deliver more strategic, efficient, and human solutions.
Throughout his career, he has been able to directly contribute to the scalability of operations, improved customer retention, and alignment between service and business results.
