InPlaySoft started in 2021 with a frustration every operator knows. The platform decides what you can do and when. A feature request joins a queue. A busy match day becomes a risk event. Changing a bonus means a ticket and a wait.

So we started from a blank page: cloud-native, built to hold up on the busiest night of the year, and built to hand the roadmap back to the operator. That platform has run at 100% uptime since July 2021 and now serves more than a million monthly active players across regulated markets.

In September 2026 we launched Kairos on top of it: an agentic layer where you describe the change, agents build and test it, and it goes live in hours with every market’s rules applied by Compliance Shield. New engine, proven chassis — built by people who have sat on the operator side of a slow roadmap and decided that was the problem worth solving.
