What happens to balances?
- Reconciled before the switch
- Real-money and bonus balances are imported separately and checked against your export. Any mismatch is listed for your finance team before anything moves.
What about KYC?
- Verified status carries over
- Verified players stay verified. Players with gaps are listed and asked for the missing document on first login — under the rules of their market.
Self-exclusions and limits?

- Self-exclusions, deposit and session limits travel with the player and are enforced from the first session.
Bonuses in progress?
