Who we are.
InPlaySoft is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the LGPD and the GDPR.
What we collect.
When you book a demo we collect your name, company, work email, role and the details you give us about your project. We use them to arrange and prepare the call and to measure our LinkedIn advertising, and for nothing else.
Who receives it.
Your request is kept in HubSpot, the system we use to arrange the call. When you book, we also tell LinkedIn that a demo was booked — your work email in hashed form, with your name, company and role — so we can count which of our LinkedIn ads led to it. No one else receives your details.
How long we keep it.
Demo requests are kept for 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.
Your rights.
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to us through the contact page and we will answer within 15 days.
