Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the iGaming or technology sector. As a B2B Sales Manager at inplaySoft, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and promoting our innovative iGaming solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the iGaming industry, including new markets and potential partners.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of inplaySoft’s product offerings, including our sportsbook and casino platforms, bonus systems, and additional features.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and deliver on promises.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the iGaming, software, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the iGaming industry and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
