InPlaySoft Launches Kairos at SBC Summit Lisbon.
InPlaySoft launched Kairos, its new-generation iGaming platform solution, at SBC Summit Lisbon 2026. Designed to give operators greater control over their technology roadmap while reducing the time and resources required to turn ideas into live products and features, Kairos introduces a new way of building, managing, and scaling iGaming operations.
The name Kairos comes from Ancient Greek, which has two words for time: Chronos, referring to clock time, and Kairos, meaning the right or opportune moment. The name reflects the platform’s core philosophy: while traditional development cycles operate according to fixed release schedules, iGaming operators need the ability to respond to the right moment in their market. With Kairos, operators can define a change in their own words, while AI agents build, test, and deploy it according to their requirements.
A Platform Built Around the Operator.
Kairos gives operators the ability to manage their roadmap directly, without relying on traditional development queues and release cycles. From launching new bonuses or adapting market-specific rules to creating new brands or introducing new sportsbooks capabilities, operators can describe what they need and let Kairos agents handle the technical work behind it.
Before anything goes live, the platform tests changes against the operator’s rules and identifies potential issues, including licensing requirements, bonus limits, market-specific considerations, and other compliance concerns. Operators remain in control throughout the process, with visibility into every step, granular permissions for different teams, and a complete audit trail.
This approach allows marketing, risk, compliance, and product teams to work with their own agents while remaining connected through a single platform. Instead of waiting for separate teams to complete individual development cycles, operators can move from an idea to a tested and deployable change in hours, with typical changes capable of going live in less than 24 hours.
One Platform for the Entire Operation.
Beyond its AI-driven development capabilities, Kairos brings the core components of an iGaming operation together in one environment. Operators can manage casino, sportsbook, bet processing, payments, wallets, CRM, bonuses, compliance, KYC, responsible gaming, fraud prevention, reporting, and more through a single back office.
The platform also provides tools for managing multiple brands, allowing operators to clone and re-theme existing brands, apply market-specific rules, and manage shared or separate wallets through one permission model. With more than 50 casino studios integrated directly, local payment methods across markets, official sports data providers, and integrations covering KYC, AML, payments, and sportsbook technology, Kairos is designed to support complex multi-market operations without adding unnecessary layers of technology.
For technology teams, Kairos also provides a full REST API, webhooks, A/B testing, feature flags, and the InPlay CLI for scripting and automation. This gives operators flexibility to integrate, customize, and automate their technology stack according to their own requirements.
Built for Speed, Scale, and Control.
Speed is only valuable when it can be delivered safely and reliably. Kairos runs on InPlaySoft’s cloud-native infrastructure, which has supported the platform since its launch, in 2021, with 100% uptime and automatic scaling ahead of major traffic peaks.
Security, compliance, and responsible gaming are also built into the platform. Kairos includes market-specific compliance configuration, automatic regulatory updates, KYC and AML capabilities, responsible gaming controls, fraud detection, PII encryption, two-factor authentication, and a full audit trail for platform changes. Its infrastructure is independently certified by Gaming Associates for fairness, security, and integrity.
The result is a platform designed to help operators move faster without sacrificing oversight. Kairos puts the operator in charge of the roadmap while taking care of much of the work required to turn that roadmap into reality.
A Successful SBC Summit Lisbon.
The launch of Kairos marked a major moment in InPlaySoft’s participation at SBC Summit Lisbon 2026, where the company welcomed operators, partners, and industry professionals to its exclusive booth.
Held from September 29 to October 1 at Feira Internacional de Lisboa and MEO Arena, SBC Summit brought together approximately 40,000 delegates from more than 150 countries, with more than 800 exhibitors and 600 speakers taking part across the event.
For InPlaySoft, the event provided an opportunity to showcase Kairos, demonstrate its capabilities, and discuss how the platform can help operators take greater control of their technology roadmap. The successful launch and strong conversations throughout the event represent another important step for InPlaySoft as it continues to develop technology built for operators who demand not only success, but persistent growth.
